The OACBHA Foundation will educate Ohioans on behavioral Health issues while collaborating with key departments, organizations, corporations, and individuals to provide leadership and advocacy to promote public policies and initiatives in support of mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and to fight the stigma associated with these diseases.

The OACBHA Foundation will be recognized as a center of excellence in behavioral health education, coordination, and advocacy while supporting and promoting the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities as the statewide unifying voice for quality and cost effective mental health, alcohol and other drug prevention, treatment and support services.
