The Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities is the statewide unifying voice for quality and cost effective prevention, treatment and support services. The Association shall provide leadership and advocacy to promote public policies and initiatives that support the local administration and delivery of mental health, alcohol and other drug services.
